2010-01-06: <<< Line up change officially announced >>>

Soon after the Welcome Death album recording last year Spazmosity and Emanuelsson parted ways. It was a hard process for the band after so many good years together. An old friend of the band, Ola Lindgren (Grave), took over the microphone in 2009. Ola of course brings new dimensions to the vocals in Spazmosity. The new line up have already done one show in Gävle in 2009 and are planning three new shows this winter. First up is Gothenburg 8/1 and Trollhättan 9/1. More info: Show section

2009-09-28: Spazmosity signs with Khaosmaster Productions

The long awaited album WELCOME DEATH will be released on Khaosmaster Productions this autumn. Right now Spazmosity and Khaosmaster are working with the CD cover and layout and we will announce a release date soon! Listen to some samples below!

2009-02-23: <<< SPAZMOSITY ENTERS THE STUDIO >>>

15 years after they were formed and 10 years after they first entered Necromorbus studio to record their second demo Spazmosity start the recording of a full length album in that same studio today. After a year filled with shows Spazmosity has dedicated this winter to finishing their first complete album. A milestone in the history of Spazmosity.

2008-10-21: Finally on the road again!

Spazmosity have worked hard with new material for an album this autumn and the result is satisfactory. It is now time to give this new material some live experience. Spazmosity will include two totally new blasphemic songs in the live set. They will also perform one song from 1996, actually the first song they ever recorded. 2008-08-05: Compilation CD out now

Spazmosity participates on the german Extreme Aggression Compilation CD wich was released on August 4:th. The contributed song is Regicide. Read more: Extreme Aggression

2008-04-01: NEW PROMO RECORDED

Spazmosity have recorded three songs in Studio Soulless last month. MP3 versions are available in the recording section.

2008-03-09: Necrophobic - Demonical - Spazmosity

Soon after the upcomming recording session Spazmosity will clear the field for Demonical and Necrophobic at Tantogården, Stockholm. The date to remember is April the 4:th! Tickets available through Repulsive Records and Sound Pollution. More info: Show section See poster

2008-03-09: Spazmosity enter Studio Soulless

Next week Spazmosity enter Studio Soulless run by Ola Lindgren from Grave. Three songs will be recorded and the titles will be Regicide, 13 Millers Court and March of Death. All displaying lyrical themes of historical events of horendous terror! Samples will be available in the RECORDINGS/MP3-section.

2007-09-04: Insision, Plague Divine and Spazmosity in Vallentuna 29/9

2007-08-30: New merchendise on it's way

After selling out all merchandise totally in Gävle, new stuff is on it's way. In just some weeks we will update the merchendise section with new hoods, girlies, longsleeves and t-shirts for sale.

2007-08-01: Two new shows booked

Spazmosity will play two shows together with Carnal Forge in August. The locations are Stockholm and Gävle. See all the details in the new show section.

2007-06-15: Back on the crime scene - Stockholm gig

2007-03-25: Spazmosity booked in Södertälje

2007-02-25: BREAKING NEWS! Spazmosity announce comeback.

After thirty months of silence Spazmosity are back. Since the former drummer Marcus decided to focus on Insision in 2004 not much was heard from the band. But last fall the line-up once again became complete and Spazmosity will now hit the road with new material. More brutal than ever. The new drummer Dimman (ex Nocturnal Damnation and Cryptic Art) has brought new vigour and fresh musical perspectives to the band. Watch out for upcomming gigs in your area!

2007-02-24: Upcomming gig

Spazmosity will play with Ereshkigal (Mexico) and Morbid Insulter (Göteborg) at Club Nocturnal in Göteborg 10 March. For more info see: www.clubnocturnal.net

2004-09-03: Spazmosity play with Vicious and Centinex!

Spazmosity will play at Club 666 with Vicious and Centinex. At first Amon Amarth was booked for this concert but they had to cancel. The concert will take place at Tantogården on September the 17:th. For more information: www.club666.se Prepare to be annihilated!!!

2004-05-21: New reviews

You can now read new reviews in the media section. It's the zines Stillborn, Shapeless, Multi In Parvo and Music Extreme that have reviewed "Storm Metal". The guys from Stillborn have also written a part about "Brought back from the Grave"

2004-02-20: Line-up change

Jesper who recently became a father has left Spazmosity some months ago. The rest of the band thank him for some great years and wish him good luck in the future! Spazmosity also announces that Marcus Jonsson has replaced the void behind the drums. Marcus also plays the drums in Pandemonic and has previously played in bands like Genocrush Ferox, Flagellation, Mortuary and Mortifer. Spazmosity welcome Marcus in the band and hopefully you will see Spazmosity on stage again soon!

2004-02-20: Spazmosity is the most promising band 2003

Spazmosity has been voted as the most Promising Band 2003 of the crew of the big Dutch zine Vampire Magazine. Futher more Spazmosity's latest release Storm Metal has been voted as the second best demo of the year! Read more: Vampire year list

2003-12-16: New compilation CD

Spazmosity will be featured on a new compilation CD with their song Purgatorio. The name of the compilation will be Scream in anger Volume 1 and it will be released in the beginning (Feb/Mar) of 2004. The CD will contain 17 tracks from 17 different bands. Storm Metal has been chosen to the demo of the month in one of Scandinavians most respected metal magazines, Monster - Scandinavian Music & Media Magazine. You can read their review and another new review of Storm Metal (from Project 15) in the Media section.

Spazmosity are going to open for Entombed in Piteå on saturday the 20:th of september.

2003-09-03: Spazmosity on the radio

Apocalypse Radio is going to play tracks from "Storm Metal" this Thursday sometime between 21:00 and 24:00. The radio station is also available on the Internet. Apocalypse Radio
